FDK CORPORATION (Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market: Code 6955) has developed the new "SCD4532K" model, which supports constant-voltage charging, following the high-energy-density "SCC4532K" model of its oxide-based small all-solid-state SMD battery "SoLiCell®" previously unveiled at exhibitions. Sample shipments commenced in December 2025.

FDK has developed "SoLiCell®," an oxide-based, all-solid-state SMD battery that offers a compact size, high voltage, high energy density, enhanced safety, and environmental friendliness. Samples are currently shipping.
The new model features expanded charging temperature and voltage ranges, enabling "constant-voltage charging" with simplified circuitry. It maintains the high temperature stability of previous models while delivering enhanced convenience.
This eliminates the need for high-precision voltage control in the charging circuit, reducing component count and cost while contributing to device miniaturization. While maintaining the same 3V output and high weather resistance as previous models, the addition of new features enables broader application across various fields and environments, such as RTC backup and charging via energy harvesting.
In addition, sample shipments of the high-energy-density model "SCC4532K," which was introduced prior to this model, are continuing in parallel.
