FDK announces that it is established a joint investment company as being our subsidiary company twice removed in the Kingdom of Thailand between FDK SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. and Fujitsu Systems Business (Thailand) Ltd. which is the group company of Fujitsu Limited.

1. Purpose of establishment

FDK established an overseas subsidiary company in Singapore in 1987, and continue our operation in Southeast Asia and Oceania as our distribution territory. From now on FDK aims to increase its sales in new market such as Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia which the further growth will be expected. FDK decided to establish a new overseas subsidiary company in the Kingdom of Thailand based on the high stability on geographical convenience characteristics, infrastructure and logistics. FDK expects market and sales expansion in this area because for it will be able to effective strategy.
